REFUND POLICY
If the registered participant does not receive the RWI campaign outfit/courier within 30 days from the date of successful registration, the participant will be eligible for a refund.
Once the refund is approved, the registration amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
Our Commitment
We aim to ensure that every registered participant receives their campaign outfit and gets the opportunity to complete the Shoot-at-Home campaign as promised.
TERMS AND CONDITION
PARTICIPANT COORDINATION & PHOTO SUBMISSION
After receiving the RWI campaign outfit, the participant/parent is required to complete the Shoot-at-Home and submit the required pictures within 15 days of receiving the outfit.
The parent can take the pictures using a normal smartphone or camera at home. No professional camera or studio is required.
The pictures should then be submitted to the RWI team through the official email address or WhatsApp/document submission method provided by RWI.
Important
If the parent does not coordinate with the RWI team or does not submit the required pictures within the 15-day period, the campaign timeline may be delayed from RWI’s side as well.
Therefore, parents are requested to complete the home shoot and submit the pictures within 15 days of receiving the outfit so that the editing, campaign and marketplace process can continue smoothly.
